Water Damage
When water sits for an extended amount of time, it may result in the removal of drywall and insulation due to secondary damage. Removing materials that are holding "bound water" will also help prevent any growth from forming in the home. This particular loss was the result of a hurricane in the panhandle. Due to the nature of the loss and category of water, we removed the non salvageable building materials from this home. The after photo shows the bare bones of the home. At that point, it was ready for new insulation and drywall to be installed, which will bring the structure back to its preloss condition.
