SERVPRO of Lake County, Florida was contacted by a customer purchasing a home that needed extensive work done to it. Its previous owner was a hoarder, so this made the job a little more challenging. After the customer accepted our bid to clean up the home, we found a few other issues with it, including that it needed Mold remediation and some Water Damage restoration along with General Cleanup and Air duct cleaning. This franchise has been helping our community for over 30 years. Our Team members have many years of training and education in all aspects of the restoration industry and continue their training throughout their career with us. With that being said we went right to work and both parties agreed to demo the entire house. The customer has been very pleased with the results.
